A 13-year-old boy from Ukraine has been given a blessing and a curse it would seem, after his rather large genitals saw him hauled in front of a judge in Moscow to be tried as an adult after stealing a mobile phone, a charge which he is denying.
According to The Moscow Times, the boy was given a medical examination by the staff at the prison where he had been sent, and given the size of both his genitals and his teeth, they concluded that he was 16 or 17, rather than the age he was claiming.
Tomas, the young boy in question, had arrived in Moscow just a month before his arrest, in March of this year, and his documentation supports the claim that he is younger than they are saying, and was in fact only 12-years-old at the time of the crime. There will be a review of the case as a result, as they think there has clearly been a cock-up somewhere along the line.
