ROBERT PLANT
Those of you who have been clamouring for another Led Zeppelin reunion will be delighted to learn that Plant's current setlists are very Zeppelin heavy. Roughly of Plant's current sets with The Sensational Space Shifters are Led Zep favourites, with the likes of 'Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You', 'Whole Lotta Love' and 'Friends' all making an appearance. While this isn't exactly a Zeppelin show, it's pretty much the next best thing. Plus, hearing that voice echo throughout Stradbally will likely be one of this year's iconic Picnic moments.

THE STRYPES
After their breakout year in 2012, The Strypes will return to Electric Picnic this year as a pretty seasoned outfit having spent the last 12 months busying themselves with label signings, high profile gigs and readying the release of their impeding debut album. Can they keep this lofty momentum going? We'll find out this weekend.

ARCTIC MONKEYS
Alex Turner and his Arctic Monkeys will close the festival's main stage this Sunday with the last performance of the weekend, and arguably one of the this year's most anticipated performances. With a new album due out in a matter of days, you can expect to hear some new material but, if their Glastonbury headline slot is anything to go by, they won't be ignoring the old favourites either.

BJORK
Quite simply, the Icelander is one of music's most enigmatic performers. Blessed with a voice that is both beautiful and unconventional, Bjork is one of the few artists capable of drawing a massive crowd irrespective of whether or not she's been in the public eye lately. This being her first Irish show in many a year, expect something special from one of popular music's most engaging personalities.

LE GALAXIE
If you're still up and alert at 3am on Saturday night then there's really only one option for all you Electric Picnic night-owls and that's a visit to the Body & Soul stage to witness one of Ireland's finest live acts in the flesh. It will get LOUD.
