Originally hailing from Belgium, Zoé grew up in various parts of the world. From The Democratic Rep. of Congo to the Ivory Coast and Australia, Zoé opened her mind to the immensity of possibilities and choices to make in one’’s life. Living in different countries amidst unique cultures fed her curiosity, always pushing her to explore new routes.

At 17, Zoé moved to France to attend the International Film School of Paris (EICAR). While living in Paris, she wrote and directed several short films, such as “Wake up Sonia” and “Chrysalis”, and worked as a cinematographer on various projects throughout Europe.

In 2008, Zoé moved to Los Angeles to attend the AFI Conservatory during which she directed 4 shorts, one of which being her thesis film “This is not an umbrella”. That same year, Zoé was also selected as part of the prestigious Berlinale Talent Campus #6.

In 2009, she was awarded the “ Hal and Robyn Berson” scholarship for excellence in directing. Zoe is now working on her next music video while developing her first feature film.
