Yixian Deng

Yixian is a writer-producer. She graduated from Peking University with a BA in English Language and Literature. She is also a popu­lar column writer on Douban. In 2015, she worked as the associate producer of Plan C, a documentary film series supervised by Jackie Chan. She worked as screenwriter & content coordinator for the net show A Legend Of Axe (2016).

Yixian attended American Film Institute since 2016, studying pro­ducing. During 2017 American Film Market, she interned as presi­dent assistant at Hyde Park Internationals. She has co-written a sci-fi feature Go Man with Bo-you Niu (director, Deep in the Heart 2). At present she is developing a Chinese TV show Lost in LA for Ciwen Media, which has produced the second highest rated dram a of 2015 The Journey of Flower.
