Vibeke Ringen

Vibeke Ringen was educated at the School of Journalism and at the Volda College in Documentary Film, which are both in Norway. She has occupied various positions as Production Assistant, Continuity, Production Manager, and Assistant Director on shorts, documentaries, and television programs. For the last three years, she has been employed as Director by the Norwegian Broadcasting Company (NRK), a public service station, where she directed 16 documentaries of 27 minutes each, for which she has received the Prix Europa award. She has also directed reportages and a science-fiction (humor) series.
