Tyler MacIntyre

Originally from Alberta, Canada, Tyler is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a double major in Film Studies and Psychology, Ryerson University with an MA in Media Production as well as the American Film Institute Conservatory with a MFA in Film Editing.  Over the last nine years he has worked in many production and post-production positions in both the Canadian and American media industries, primarily as an editor and occasional director and writer.  Last year Tyler completed production on the independent feature MOVIE BRATS, the documentary THE ROAD TO LARABANGA, as well as editing and second unit direction work under legendary producer Roger Corman on the upcoming feature film THE RACER.  Tyler recently finished editing the short films LE PETIT POLIU and THE DEBT COLLECTOR for the 2011 festival season
