Tomás Gómez Bustillo

Born in Buenos Aires, Tomás was raised as a third culture kid throughout Argentina, El Salvador, Costa Rica and the US. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science in Buenos Aires. Entering the world of filmmaking through music, he founded his own production company in 2013 with which he went on to make numerous commercials and short films. FLIGHT (2015) and I AM BUENOS AIRES (2016) have gone on to screen internationally at venues such as the Montreal World Film Festival, Mar del Plata International Film Festival, Chicago Latino Film Festival, among others. He is currently finishing his MFA in directing at the AFI Conservatory.
