Tim R. Beers

Originally from Western New York, Tim moved to LA when he was eighteen years old in the summer of 2004. Over the next four years he continued his education earning a BA in Psychology from UCLA. Through his undergrad, Tim worked various production jobs for Burbank based Original Productions. Starting as a production assistant, Tim worked his way up to become a Producer and Camera Operator on some of television's most successful reality series. It was during this time time his love for story telling began to flourish and his career advance. In 2013, Tim received an Emmy Award in Cinematography for his work on Discovery Channel's Deadliest Catch and was admitted to the prestigious AFI Producing Master's program. Tim draws attention and inspiration from the people around him. Working with award winning producers, cinematographers and editors has motivated him to excel professionally and push the envelope of his own creativity and artistic skill as producer, director and writer of film and television.
