Steph Zenee Perez

Steph Zenee Perez is an award winning Los Angeles-based film editor, originally from Las Vegas, NV. She received her M.F.A. from The American Film Institute in the Editing discipline and was a two-time recipient of The Latino Donor Collaborative Scholarship Award. During her time at AFI, she edited nine short films, including her two thesis films, VESSELS and ICEBOX. Before AFI, she attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she earned her B.A. in Film, with a concentration in post-production. She most recently collaborated with AFI’’s Directing Workshop for Women where she edited the short film, FOG. Steph continuously takes on several narrative projects a month.
