Samuel Askland Gordon

Born and raised in the small town Larvik in Norway, Sam began his career in the front of multiple films and plays, eventually moving behind the camera. Graduated from the American Film Institute Conservatory in Directing, where he was granted awards like the NORAM Grant scholarship, Sam seeks to challenge his audiences through his work. Sam is passionate about making films of misunderstood people and humanizing them through cinema. In the past six years, Sam has transformed his career in filmmaking, furthering his skill, written and directed several short films, developed features and TV-series, and begun bridging the film industry betvveen Norway and other countries.
