Originally from Paris, France, Roxine graduated from New York University’’s Tisch School with a degree in Film and Television Production. She spent her freshman year in Florence, studying Renaissance Art–from which she still draws inspiration. While living in New York, Roxine worked for VBS TV, Protozoa Pictures, and Focus Features, all while directing her own short films and music videos. Her NYU thesis, GREASED, starring Alden Ehrenreich (Tetro), screened at multiple festivals. She moved to Los Angeles in 2009 to attend the American Film Institute for her Masters. While at AFI, Roxine put together a documentary on actress Faye Dunaway and received the prestigious Cinzia Memmo Memorial Scholarship for academic achievement. Roxine recently directed a behind-the-scenes interview with Samuel L. Jackson for the Blue Ray release of Pulp Fiction and is currently working on a music video for the band The Moor.
