Michael Palmer

Mike Palmer graduated from Brown University in May 1996 and was honored with the role of Commencement speaker. He majored in American History and wrote his honors thesis on the congressional attack on popular music of 1958-1960. While at Brown, Mike studied fiction writing under Edwidge Danticat and studied screenwriting under Deborah Baley of the New Dramatists. He undertook course work at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute of NYC during the summer of 1997. His employment history includes an internship at George Magazine during the summer of 1995, work as a Recruiting Director at the Teaching Company in Seattle during the fall of 1996 through the spring of 1997.
