Mary Mehrkens

Mary Mehrkens grew up in Minnesota and moved to California to attend school at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she earned her bachelor's. While in school, Mary interned for Ivan Reitman at Montecito Picture Company. In addition, she coBproduced a short documentary, KISSING, which won Best Documentary at the 2013 CEC Shorttakes Film Festival. Outside of film, Mary worked for KCSB, the college radio station on a radio drama program called ""Proboscis Radio."" After UCSB, she interned at Epicenter, a literary management company. Following her internship, Mary worked as an assistant for Howling Wolf Productions. She is currently working in the MP Lit department at ICM.
