Martin Horvat

A recent graduate from the Screenwriting department of AFI Conservatory, Martin holds a double-major BA in Philosophy & Ancient Greek Language and Literature from the University of Ljubljana in SLOVENIA. After one-man band amateur attempts at film-making, which culminated in selling a one-min- ute short ‘BRING OUT YOUR DEAD’’ for 50 Canadian dollars, he moved to Los An- geles to pursue an MFA in Dramatic Writing at CSULA. There he debuted as a playwright with a one-act comedy “Water Under The Bridge.” Although it was successful and picked up for a second production at the Hollywood Fringe, Horvat still praises his big screen gods such as Woody or Quentin. Seinfeld is okay, too.
