María Margarita J. Moyano

María Margarita J. Moyano, Bogotá, Colombia, 1988, studied Visual Arts with emphasis in Audiovisual at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Since 2010, she has worked as a freelance animator, making TV series (Cuentos de Viejos, Las Niñas de la Guerra) and short films (Mi abuela, El Rapto) where she has experimented with multiple techniques, to finally become a director (Marina, Gravedad 1, Season 2, episode 6), writer and producer.

She finds passion in nature, drawing, her family, video games, TV series and unusual films; themes and inspirations that nurture her stories and diverse ways of telling them.
