Maria Kelly

Maria is president of Fifty Tigers Entertainment, producer of Perseverance Pictures, and director of the upcoming Perseverance Pictures production of PROMISE. A 1998 graduate of AFI, Maria is the producer of the multi-award winning short DEADTIME. She also has three other short films to her credit and has produced TV commercials for Hungarian television.

Born in Korea, she received her Bachelor''s degree in Art Education and taught in public schools in her native country. For several years, she was an authorized officer at Bank of America, before becoming Associate Publisher and Director of Production at Burning Gate Press. She was also co-founder and vice president of the Los Angeles-based Internet service provider DirectNet, where she directed production on numerous entertainment industry Web sites before returning to AFI in 1997 for her Masters In Fine Arts, with a specialization in Producing.
