Loris Lai

Born in Rome, Italy, Loris was raised in a family that embraced and respected the arts, introducing him to the diverse world of artistic expression at a very early age. A graduate of Philosophy and Letters Degree from Roma Tre University of Rome, Loris completed his thesis on the aesthetics of editing on the works of Orson Welles. In addition he has worked as a director on several short films and music videos, and, most recently he has completed PUSH, a 35mm short film produced by Mamasan Film. PUSH has been screened at the Boston International Film Fest, Short Film Corner (Cannes), Winnipeg International Film Fest, and the David Di Donatello.
