Kil Won Yu

Kil Won graduated from Chung-Ang University with a Bachelor of Art Craft in Production Design. Since 1999, he has worked on multiple feature films and shorts in Korea as art director, prop master and set designer. Kil Won was the Art Director on the major motion picture OASIS which won awards in the Seattle International Film Festival, Venice Film Festival and Vancouver International Film Festivals. To further his knowledge of production design he set out to earn an MFA in the Production Design program at the American Film Institute. His pre-visualization has a reputation for corresponding precisely to his final product, whether it be the construction of large sets or the creation of miniatures. Kil Won’’s work thus far has been nothing short of prolific and sensational, constantly pushing the limits of what is possible.
