Keren Hantman

Keren Hantman studied Theater at the Tel-­‐Aviv University in Israel and worked in mainstream and Fringe Theater. After working as a casting director for Menachem Golan, she transferred into television production working as an associate producer for the primetime show ""1 VS 100"". In 2007 Keren relocated to California where she studied at the San Francisco School of Digital Filmmaking. Upon graduation, she worked on independent film sets as an assistant director and producer. She produced an independent feature film ""Being Us"", featuring Alana Ubach; first assistant directed the feature “I Think It’’s Raining”, screened at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and sold for Internet distribution.

Keren prides herself as a woman storyteller, writing, directing and producing films that concentrate on the intricacies of the feminine experience. She's now in post production with her short ""In Dazzled"" and working on a feature script based on her Army experience.
