Katelynn Wheelock

Katelynn has lived in Southern California her entire life. She recently graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Theatre with an emphasis in Design for Television and Film. She was Production Designer for the short film Dr Owens and won a production design award from San Diego State’’s Television and Film program. She also worked as an assistant set designer for several SDSU plays including Hamlet, Zombie Prom, and Electricidad. While at AFI Katie has designed and Art Directed several short films and is a recipient of the prestigious Tom Yoda Scholarship Award of $10,000US for recognition of talent and academic achievement in the AFI production design discipline.
