Justin LaForge

Justin LaForge joins our team with significant experience and noteworthy awards. At Linfield College Justin was awarded an academic scholarship and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics, with a Physics Minor. His creative aspirations led him to attend film school at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was awarded a scholarship for Excellence in Academics and Directing. His short films won the Jury Prize for Best Editing twice and once for Best Cinematography. These honors were accompanied by the opportunity to screen the films at the CineVegas International Film Festival and a contract with Movieola for a shorts television program viewed in Canada. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies from UNLV, Justin set out to finalize his education with graduate level study at the American Film Institute. He was awarded a Sloan Science Foundation scholarship to acknowledge the significant impact his science background has had on his filmmaking.
