John Lugar

John is a physician turned filmmaker. He was associate producer on HOUSE OF GOD for UA and LOOKER for The Ladd Company. He co-produced the miniseries AMERIKA for ABC Circle Films and produced the first season of CHINA BEACH for Warner Bros TV. He produced LUCKY DAY (which won the 1991 Humanitas Prize) for Hearst Entertainment. John also directed the AFI shorts THE COMFORTS OF HOME, INDIAN SUMMER and HER MASTER'S VOICE.
