Joe Aaron, screenwriter, worked several years writing for television at HBO, Cinemax, E!, and Comedy Central. He co-authored children’’s book “Doug’’s Big Shoe Disaster.” The book was parlayed into the cartoon series “Doug” which ran for seven years on Nickelodeon and later Disney’’s ABC. He wrote and directed the indie feature “Crazy Jones” winner of several film festivals, and later a run on the Showtime Network. He is featured in two documentaries; “Autism the Musical” (HBO) and “Dreams on Spec” - a film about LA screenwriters.
