Jeffrey Powers

Jeff Powers graduated from Pennsylvania State University's Film & Video program, before moving to LA to attend the cinematography program at AFI. As a professional musician, Jeff toured across America, Europe and Asia playing with world famous punk band, Bigwig. Jeff began shooting music videos a few years ago, many of which have had airtime on major TV networks such as MTV. Jeff is cool, calm and collected and a true force to be reckoned with. Jeff's work on The Opening has paid off in spades, with the film being chosen by the AFI as one of two films representing the Conservatory at this year’’s American Society of Cinematography awards. Jeff and Andrew have extensive plans to continue working together on both features and commercial work.
