Jean-Paul Bonneau

Jean-Paul Bonneau is a Los Angeles based cinematographer. Recently he completed the feature film WIGGER; a story dealing with racial identity in the American Midwest. He has also been a camera operator on the internationally distributed children's television show YO GABBA GABBA for three seasons where he has operated on music videos for Devo, Weezer, The Flaming Lips, The Roots, and MGMT among others. Jean- Paul is a member of the International Cinematographers Guild (I.A.T.S.E. Local 600) and the Society of Camera Operators (S.O.C.) and formerly N.A.B.E.T. and the I.B.E.W unions. He holds a BA in Political Science with a Filmmaking minor from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He has completed internships at Boston Camera Rental Company and Wreckless Abandon Stop Motion Animation Studios.
