Janelle Miktuk

Janelle’’s love of film lead her to take a vocational class for Radio and Television in high school and she hasn’’t stopped since. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH she attended Cleveland State University where she earned a BA in Film and Digital Media. She edited the senior thesis film BENJAMIN that won first place at the African American Women in Cinema Film Festival in November 2007 and played at several other film festivals. To her credit, Janelle has also edited a behind the scenes video for an independent film, a music video, and six short films. This past summer she edited an AFI Directing for Women's Workshop short film and interned at a post production house.
