Jade Aksnes

Jade is from Norway, and recently graduated from the American Film Institute Conservatory with an MFA in Directing. Prior to this she completed her studies in Norway with a BA in Film and TV Product ion, specializing in Directing, and an MA in Film Analysis. Jade has written and directed several short films, amongst them her short film ""ENGLESPILL'.' which was broadcast on

Norwegian national television, screened at multiple film festivals in Europe and the US, and won the Audience Choice Award at WIZ-ART Film Festival in Ukraine. Based on her film production, Jade was awarded the Establishment Scholarship for Outstanding Artists from the City Government of Berg en, Norway, and recently she was also awarded the Artist Grant from Hordaland County Council in Norway for the development of her first feature project ""INTO OUR GARDEN"".
