Kuroki was a cast member of the Takarazuka Revue, belonging to the Moon Troupe (Tsuki). Kuroki was the voice of Helen ParrElastigirlMrs. Incredible in the Japanese dub of The Incredibles. She won the award for best actress at the 22nd Hochi Film Award for Lost Paradise.
