Elizabeth Van Dam

Beth earned her BFA in Painting, Media Arts, and Performance from the Minneapolis College of Art & Design (MCAD). From there, her career has spanned from event design and video production to new media collaborative work. As an artist-in-residence at the Walker Art Center, Beth developed art activism programs and installations with The Revolutionary Party, a new media-based collaborative she co-founded. For four years, Beth co-produced and production designed MCAD’’s music video workshops. Since relocating to Los Angeles, she has designed several short films, worked on some features, and discovered Kundalini Yoga. At AFI, she was awarded the Robert Boyle Production Design Scholarship.
