Elizabeth Abrams
Elizabeth was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Seeking relief from the heat, she headed north to matriculate Amherst College, and since then, has lived and worked in New York City and Austin. After working behind the scenes on feature and TV productions - including All the Boys Love Mandy Lane and the Friday Night Lights pilot - Elizabeth worked in the world of documentary films, most notably as an assistant editor on the PBS documentary, Eyes of Me, a year in the life of four visually-impaired Texas teens. Still searching for a more creative and narrative outlet, Elizabeth was a founding member of the Austin Video Bee, a multimedia-arts collective. It was there she found her desire and love for writing and directing.
