Dylan Shields

Dylan grew up and attended high school in a small town on an Indian reservation in northern Nevada. He then went on to study at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, where he earned a BA in Film Studies with a minor in TV Production. While at UNLV, he wrote for the University paper, The Rebel Yell. After graduating Cum Laude, he worked for one and a half years in Las Vegas doing freelance production work on several TV shows, feature films and documentaries. Before coming to AFI, he backpacked for two months through Europe. Dylan is the writer of Y2K and FORBIDDEN, 1998/1999 AFI productions.
