Daniel Cubitt

Daniel is a recent graduate of Columbia University in New York, with a BA inFilm and Media Studies, and has also received his TEFL Certification from theUniversity of North Florida. As a Caribbean immigrant, Daniel strives to createstories that document his multicultural experience, travelling back to his nativeBarbados regularly to experience and enjoy the culture. He has written storiesand short films in the Bajan dialect, which reflect historical representations ofcolonialism. Last year, he finished his first feature screenplay, SON OFSOLOMON, a musical representation of Caribbean immigration.
