Ciro is from Vico Equense, Southern Italy, his love of filmmaking sprang from his passion for music, which he began studying at age 11. He has a B.A. degree in Film and Television from UAL London College of Communication. He has a Masters degree in directing from AFI Conservatory in Los Angeles.
