Christopher Lenge

During his ten years working as a member of the independent film community of Boston, Chris has risen from being a grip on both in-house and freelance crews to producing his own critically acclaimed independent films. In between, he worked as an AC, sound recordist, set constructor, as well as writing, directing, and editing. He recently brought all his experience to bear in producing both the award-winning short, LEAVING THE POST, as well as FLOATING, a 35mm feature which has screened at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, the Coolidge Corner Theater and Lincoln Center in New York. As a writer and director, Chris’’s most recent film was VISIONS OF LALA, which combined live action filming with stop motion and animation, and was screened at 1997 Slamdance Film Festival. Chris has also spent three seasons working at the Sundance Film festival and for two seasons has attended the Sundance Institute Producer’’s Conference. He is the Recipient of an AMEX/AFI Scholarship.
