Christopher Greenslate is the co-author of the book “On a Dollar a Day: One Couple’’s Unlikely Adventures in Eating in America” (Hyperion) which has been featured in the New York Times, TIME Magazine, Newsweek and National Public Radio. He earned a degree in literature at San Francisco State University and his doctorate from Vanderbilt University. In 2015 Christopher was the recipient of both the American Film Institute’’s coveted China Story Scholarship which sent him to China to research a script and funded his education, as well as a SLOAN Screenwriter Award for his feature THE ELECTROMAGNETIC HEART. Christopher has earned his MFA in Screenwriting from AFI.
