Cesar Turim

Cesar is a screenwriter from Brazil. He first majored in International Relations at the University of Brasilia. He then went on to work for the Brazilian Ministry of Culture at the Public Policies department where he realized he wanted to be on the creative end of culture production. That’’s when he decided to obtain his second Bachelor’’s degree, this time majoring in Audiovisual at the University of São Paulo. Cesar is currently completing his MFA in Screenwriting at AFI.
