César Ochoa

Cesar hails from the city of Juarez, Mexico where he directed and photographed over a dozen projects. Inspired by his desire to immerse the audience in new worlds, his films range from experimental shorts to documentaries on both sides of the Juarez-El Paso border. Cesar has completed his first year towards his MFA and will continue to advance the visual craft of film.
