Carlos Vila

Carlos Vila (Director) holds an MFA in Film Directing

from the American Film Institute and a BFA in

Communications from the University of Barcelona.

Carlos has made over 20 short films and has received

several awards for them. He has also directed

commercials and documentaries for TV. In 1997 the AFI

awarded him with the Paul Leder Memorial Award, a

recognition given to only one director every year. His

short film ""Joliana"" was selected at the Sitges Int’’l

Film Fest (Barcelona) and the L.A. Latino Film Fest.

He is currently a member of Dream Team Prods. as one

of their directors for commercials.
