Carlen Palau

Some kids dream of running off to join the circus. Carlen always dreamt of running off to join the Ninja Turtles. When she realized that the sewers were not nearly as habitable as portrayed on TV, she decided to put her overactive imagination and degree in entrepreneurship to good use by becoming a filmmaker. As a Producing Fellow at the American Film Institute, Carlen has produced several shorts, including her most recent: DEATH ARTISTS, INC. She does, however, still live off pizza and keep nunchaku handy. Just in case.
