Carl Kriss

CARL KRISS (editor) graduated from Kenyon College, where he co-founded the campus' filmmaking club. After graduation, he directed, edited and produced a feature documentary on street musicians in New York City called GIVE AND TAKE, which screened in five film festivals and won two awards. Kriss then worked for the Obama campaign as a Regional Field Director, managing eight staff members in Raleigh, North Carolina, during the 2012 election. He also worked on a fellowship with the producers of BEASTS OF THE SOUTHERN WILD examining grassroots tactics for film distribution.
