Briana R. Chmielewski

Briana Chmielewski has always loved puzzles, getting lost in the details, and movies, so editing is a natural fit. Before attending AFI she graduated from Pepperdine University, earning a BA in Film Studies with concentrations in Digital Production and Multimedia Design. During her undergraduate years she worked as the editor on various short films one of which, NIGHT LIGHTS, went on to win Best Editing at Reel Stories Film Festival and was screened at Sundance Film Festival as part of the Windrider Forum. She has also spent her past few summers working at Bunim-Murray Productions where she most recently worked as an assistant editor for an Emmy award winning television show.
