Brian Miller

Before coming to the AFI, Brian worked as an assistant to a Producer on the Sony Studios Lot and was a freelance reader for CAA. He also pursued screenwriting. Brian won the UCLA screenwriting award in 2005 and was a semi-finalist in the Austin Film Festival for his screenplay ASTRONAUT. In addition to the short films he has made in his first year at the AFI, Brian has also interned at such companies as Mandalay Entertainment, Scott Free Productions, and Kennedy/Marshall. Currently, Brian is one of the hosts of the Fox Movie Channel Show “Life After Film School”.
