Benji Bakshi

Benji graduated as a President’s Scholar, Summa Cum Laude from Temple University in 2003, receiving many notable grants and awards. During school, he worked on CBS’ HACK, interned at several production companies including Panavision Woodland Hills, and apprenticed in Los Angeles in the camera department under veteran cinematographer Chris Manley. Benji is joint-owner of Fretboard Pictures LLC and works as a professional freelance director of photography across the country, and internationally in places like Ireland, Spain, and Peru. Benji submits his life and career to God. Benji has shot over 200 projects including three at AFI: A MOMENT ALONE, BEFORE AND AGAIN, and SUSHI.
