Benjamin Kirk Nielsen

Benjamin was born and raised in Denmark. In 2006 he attended an 8-­‐month film course at The European Film Colleg in Denmark. Since then, Benjamin has been working professionally in the television and commercial business as a camera operator, gaffer, editor and 1st AC. Meanwhile he has been a DP on more than thirteen short films and nine music videos. Benjamin has also been exploring other parts of the world, by working on film projects varying from TV-­‐shows in Mexico, a documentary in Africa, to a feature film in Australia. Benjamin recently graduated from the Cinematography program at the American Film Institute (AFI).
