Annie Micayla Feld

Annie has been an avid theater and film lover since childhood. She grew up in a small hippie town north of San Francisco with her father (a painter), her mother (a sculptor), and her brother (a writer). Unable to escape the arts, she has trained to be an actor since the age of six and first began exploring filmmaking on a trip to Florence, Italy, working with 16mm film when she was 18.

Before attending the American Film Institute where she recently received a MFA in Creative Producing, she graduated with a B.A. in Theater from The New School in New York City and completed the two year Meisner training at the William Esper Studios. Her last two films before she was accepted into AFI, ""Trunk"" (director) and ""Under-Tow"" (producer) made the rounds on the festival circuit, winning a handful of audience awards and special jury awards.
