Almotaz Aljefri

Almotaz Aljefri is a film producer and director with an MFA in Producing from the American Film Institute Conservatory. Prior to AFI, Almotaz founded Movitaz Entertainment based in Los Angeles, C.A. and Saudi Arabia. With an international infrastructure, his company is dedicated to brokering content from Western media into the Middle East and vice versa.

As a driving force in new media, Aljefri's work has earned him recognition in media outlets across the globe. His producing work includes UNDER CONCRETE, which won the first prize at the Middle Eastern competition “Qomrah” on MBC Channel, and WAHI, the first virtual reality film to be shot in the Mosque of Mecca.
