Alfred Ceraulo
Alfred’’s interest in writing began eighteen years ago when he was a member of a local Southern Humboldt theatre company, Pure Schmint. With Pure Schmint, he was a co-writer on five full-length plays which toured Northern California. His interest led him to Humboldt State University where he studied everything from dramatic analysis to screenplay over a four year period. Two of his plays were produced at HSU, SITE UNSEEN and CLOGGED CHAKRAS AND BROKEN HEARTS, while the later was selected for the American College Theatre Festival and performed in Southwest Regionals at the University of Southern Utah. This past summer, Alfred was involved with two theatrical productions: a full-length play, LAST STAND, and six short 10 minute plays that will be produced in August of 1997. Al is the writer on IN THE SPACE OF GOD, a 1998/1999 production.
