Aashish Gandhi

Los Angeles native Aashish Gandhi graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BA in Film Production in 2000. Since getting his first job at Paramount Studios Sound Department as an intern, he has worked for over eight years in the industry as a cinematographer and video engineer. Aashish has shot numerous shorts and music videos as well as the features NEC­ESSARY EVIL and LILY AND THE SYPHON. As an I.A.T.S.E. Local 695 video engineer, he worked on major motion pictures, in­cluding CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR and DRILLBIT TAYLOR, as well as television shows DIRT, COMMANDER IN CHIEF, and THE STARTER WIFE. Aashish is currently a Cinematography Fellow at the American Film Institute.
