Babies, baking and blood? This next instalment is about to take an even more sinister turn...
Halloween has come early today (or at least it will for fans of the show) as 'YOU' season three has been given a cute menacing announcement teaser trailer.
The highly anticipated return of the Netflix series has been pencilled in for this October, meaning that we'll be able to tune into more sadistic happenings just in time for this year's Halloween.
As you can see and hear in the teaser released below, Joe/Will (Penn Badgley) narrates a chilling tale about his newborn son, who was revealed to be on the way in the final moments of season two. We also see him take all of the ingredients needed to make a cake, then make said cake, but then ultimately managing to turn us off wanting any cake afterwards. All that oozing blood icing is enough to make anyone's stomach turn.
Not much else about 'YOU' season three is revealed in the trailer other than the series' release date - and the main character's son's name. Badgley will of course be returning for the series, as well Victoria Pedretti as Love Quinn. Saffron Burrows will also return as Love's mother Dottie.
Season three will introduce a new cast of characters as Joe and Love get to grips with their new suburban life in California. Shalita Grant, Travis Van Winkle, Dylan Arnold and Tati Gabrielle from 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' have all been added to the cast for the new series.
