We all know that Stephen King was and continues to be a prolific writer, but this is kind of ridiculous at this stage.
This year alone, there's been The Dark Tower (meh), It (really good), the upcoming Netflix film Gerald's Game (looks good) and, now, 1922. Based on a novella written in 2010, the story follows a small family in rural Nebraska who have owned a stretch of land for several generations.
Thomas Jane, who'll you know from either The Punisher, Arrested Development or The Expanse, plays a controlling farmer who's married to House Of Cards alum Molly Parker. When she seeks a divorce and hopes to raise their son in the city, away from him, things naturally go bad for all concerned.
Take a look.
1922 hits Netflix on October 20th.
